Ingredients 

170 g salmon fillet 170 g salmon 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil 1/4 cup (50 ml) white vinegar Juice of 1 large lemon 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 tablespoons (25 g) Butter 2 tablespoons (25 g) kosher salt Black pepper Black pepper A few hot peppers Lemon, cut into rounds 2 tablespoons dill, 

for garnish Place a large frying pan over medium heat and heat the oil. When the oil is hot, add the salmon and season with salt and pepper. Wait until the salmon turns golden brown. Add vinegar, lemon juice, garlic cloves, and hot pepper to the salmon. 


Bring to a boil and stir occasionally with a spoon. When the salmon darkens, remove the salmon from the pan. Add the oil and remaining lemon juice to the remaining sauce in the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes. When serving the fish, drizzle the sauce over and garnish with lemon slices and dill.
